Women’s Health Deserves More Than Awareness
Safe your seat!
This past International Women’s Day, I found myself thinking about a question we don’t ask often enough:
What does it actually mean to support women’s health?
Because awareness is not the same as understanding.
And understanding is not the same as action.
For decades, women have been told that symptoms like fatigue, poor sleep, weight gain, mood changes, and loss of energy are simply something to accept — especially in the years leading up to menopause.
But from a physiological perspective, these are not random changes.
They are signals.
Signals of shifts in hormones, metabolism, temperature regulation, and the nervous system.
And yet, most women are never taught how to read these signals — or what to do about them.
A Different Approach to Women’s Health
In my work, I’ve focused on one thing:
How we can use simple, measurable stressors — like cold and heat — to better understand and regulate the body.
Because when applied correctly, these exposures influence:
– Hormonal balance
– Metabolic function
– Sleep quality
– Stress resilience
– Inflammation
And importantly, they give women something many feel they’ve lost:
A sense of control and understanding of their own body.
This Is Why I Created the Thermalist® Women’s Retreat
It’s a structured, science-based experience where women can step away from noise — and finally learn what is actually happening in their body.
A space where:
– Physiology replaces guesswork
– Data replaces trends
– And experience reinforces understanding
Final Seats: Thermalist® Women’s Retreat (April 2026)
We are now approaching the final spots for this year’s retreat.
Halmstad, Sweden • 24–27 April 2026
4 days • Women only • Limited participants
This retreat is designed for women in all life stages — particularly those navigating hormonal changes in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.
During the retreat, you will learn:
– How to recognise early signs of peri-menopause (often years before it begins)
– What symptoms are not “just normal”
– What to measure — and why
– How cold and heat exposure influence estrogen, stress hormones, metabolism, and sleep
– What to do daily, weekly, and monthly to support your body long-term
And you will experience it directly through:
– Guided ocean exposure
– Thermalist Method® sessions
– Sauna and recovery
– Nordic meals designed for metabolic stability
– Movement, breathwork, and restoration
A Final Note
International Women’s Day reminds us to raise awareness.
But real change happens when awareness becomes understanding — and understanding becomes action.
If you feel ready to take that step, this retreat is an opportunity to do exactly that.
