Thanks for you research. I've been doing 10 minuets at 37-39 Deg F six days a week for about 2 years. My goal has been to optimized brown fat development and maximize anti-inflammatory effect. Right now I take a hot shower before but will be getting a sauna soon. It sounds like when I get it I should increase hot duration and reduce cold duration (maybe to 5 min). Would this be best for achieving my goals above?
