First of all I’m sorry for the slight delay in this weeks first newsletter and article. My timing got messed up due to traveling. The last few weeks I have been basking in the European sun and enjoying some quality time with my family. We spend very little time on screens, in stead we enjoyed a lot of time outside. Based on that, my little “family study”, showed that the exposure of more natural sunlight and less blue light, had a significant positive effect on our general wellbeing. It’s no surprise, right?
