Bringing Science Back to the People
Sharing on stages and Thermalist® Women’s Retreat (few seats)
Over the past weeks, I have spoken at two remarkable global gatherings shaping the future of human wellbeing — first at the Eudēmonia Summit in Palm Beach, Florida, and then at the Global Wellness Summit in Dubai. Both experiences reinforced my mission to reduce stress in 1% of the world, advance the science of contrast therapy, and help people better understand their bodies so they can live healthier, longer, and with greater agency.
Eudēmonia Summit — Palm Beach, Florida
Leaving the Eudēmonia Summit, I felt deeply inspired. The talks, conversations, and podcast discussions reminded me why I have dedicated my career to translating science into something people can apply in their daily lives — practically, clearly, and with measurable impact.
After my talk, someone approached me and said:
“I learned more in this hour listening to you than I did in 10 years.”
It was a generous compliment — but also a reminder of a systemic gap.
The physiology I teach
The evidence-based tools I share
The guidance for defending against chronic stress
— these should be basic knowledge.
Chronic stress remains one of the greatest threats to long-term health, yet many people still lack the understanding and confidence to regulate their nervous system, support their metabolism, and respond to hormonal shifts.
Thirteen years ago, I left the hospital because I saw what chronic stress and lifestyle-related disease were doing to people. Research gave me answers — but leaving the clinical system allowed me to share those answers widely.
At the Eudēmonia Summit, that mission felt complete and expanding at the same time.
When someone realizes:
they are not powerless
their biology is adaptable
change doesn’t require extreme effort
— that is the moment everything shifts.
Today, a narrative persists that people have no choice and that only medication matters. But the data shows the opposite.
My mission remains clear:
Change the narrative
Give people tools and understanding
Restore belief in personal agency
Health is a decision too — not a genetic coincidence.
A heartfelt thank you to the organizers of this incredible Summit - Karina and team - you are amazing!
Global Wellness Summit — Dubai
From Palm Beach, I traveled to Dubai for the Global Wellness Summit — an equally inspiring gathering centered on this year’s theme:
“Longevity Through a Wellness Lens.”
This is a completely different summit as it’s invite only and a space for the wellness leaders in the world to meet and share. I was honored by my invitation and even to take the stage to tell my story, science and future of Thermalist®. I must admit that never in my life have I felt more “at home” or among family than in this room. It was my first time at the GW summit and I was so warmly welcomed by everyone - it completely melted my heart!
The theme resonated deeply because while many speak about extending lifespan, what we are truly striving for is the ability to live younger for longer.
Key reflections from the week:
Opening the Summit with a Sunset Desert Hike powered by SANCTUM
Exploring how advanced diagnostics and real-time biological interpretation are reshaping personalized wellness
Seeing how AI and human biology are merging to create precision wellness
A powerful insight echoed throughout:
wellness slows aging — longevity reverses itA new shared term: “youngevity”
Charlie Engle reminding us that mastery requires healthy obsession
It was an honor to speak on this stage, sharing:
the science behind contrast therapy
the future of Thermalist®
and a vision for reducing global stress by 1%
My sincere appreciation to Susie Ellis and Nancy for their leadership and for welcoming me so warmly into this community. The brand-new Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai offered exceptional hospitality, and I look forward to the next Summit in Thailand in 2026.
A central message from Dubai:
Quality of life is the most immediate and powerful lever.
When quality of life improves, stress declines.
When stress declines, longevity increases.
Longevity begins not decades from now — but today.
A Natural Next Step
After these two summits, and after countless conversations with women seeking clarity about hormones, metabolism, sleep, energy, weight changes, mood shifts, and nervous system overwhelm, it became clear that many are searching for education they can trust — grounded in science.
I’m inviting my fellow girlies out there to a Nordic retreat with me learning about “Womens health”.
